About Us and Inca Kola
While studying abroad in Peru and living in Cuzco (Cusco) and Lima, I made my first acquaintance with the sugary Peruvian soft drink Inca Kola. I drank many liters of this gaseosa, and even hiked the Inca Trail (Camino Inca) wearing a blue Inca Kola shirt (pictured above). After hiking for 3 days, we all celebrated with cups of Inca Kola while overlooking Machu Picchu.
Unfortunately, when I returned to Raleigh, North Carolina, I had trouble finding Inca Kola in grocery stores. So after going through Inca Kola withdrawal, I began searching online, and didn’t have much luck. That prompted me to start this online Inca Kola store, to help out other Inca Kola fans in the US of A.
We’ve been running this site since April 2007, so it’s pretty new. Our profit is basically zero, but our goal is to meet the growing Inca Kola demand here in America. If you’ve tried Inca Kola before, you already know how good it is, and if you haven’t, then allow me to welcome you to this strange yet delicious soda.
